Lease & Management Info

This house is rented through Peak Residential, and Leo and Jen are the primary leaseholders. New housemates can start with a 1-month trial sublease through Leo to make sure it’s a good fit but the goal is to get everyone added to the lease.

You’ll need to apply through Peak Residential to be officially added to the lease. Good Credit is required (something like over 600). They’ll run a background/credit check and may require proof of income. I’m happy to help guide you through the process when you’re ready!

• One calico cat (Stella): loving to humans, territorial with other cats.

• One belgian malinois dog (Rhaegal): loving to humans, get’s along with dogs and cats on a case by case basis.

• Additional pets negotiable.
